Given the importance and value of internet facilities and various social media applications, the formation of virtual societies or virtual communities is linked to two main factors. First, the presence of social media, which provides a variety of spaces and platforms for interaction and transactions, provides both a facility and an opportunity that can be utilized by anyone for various purposes. Simultaneously, geographical space and physical proximity have become less important for interaction (communication). People generally believe that rather than wasting time simply giving or receiving something, it's better to do it online.
